Perfect from start to finish
Jim listened to my ideas — and frequent changes of mind! — and turned my dream into a reality. I'm now spending my time showing off my son's new wetroom — it's totally non-clinical and looks like a 5-star hotel bathroom.

From estimate to completion of work the whole process was seamless. The quality of finish is first class with all measurements and fittings done with precision. All rubbish removed leaving place immaculate.

Although the start date was booked well in advance, they started at the appointed hour and stuck to the schedule throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy after completion. We are very happy with our new wet room.

The workers are the most considerate tradesmen I have ever encountered, taking care to work round the carers coming into the house numerous times a day. The end product is perfect — very stylish and not the least bit clinical.

We got three quotes to convert mum's bathroom into a wet room. Mum was under no pressure whatsoever to sign up, unlike with the other two salesmen. Mum's wet room is like something from a bathroom showroom — every tiny detail is perfect.
Wet room installation — superb!!!
Guys were waiting at the door daily for an 8am start, unbelievably tidy, removed all mess and items. Very professional from start to finish and all done in the time promised. This is a game changer for my Mum who is recovering from a stroke.

Got a bathroom fitted out for my Dad and couldn't have chosen a better company to do it. My Dad is really pleased with the result and that is the main thing. No more having to climb over a bath to get a shower.
Changed and adapted for my hip op
The manager and staff were brilliant and it's lovely. They clean after work every day, restore the loo every night — the floor, walls, shower and water system were all done within five days. Wonderful.

Exceptional customer service throughout the process of turning my father's bathroom into an accessible wet room. There was so much consideration to minimise disruption for my dad (who has Alzheimer's) — the guys went above and beyond. We are delighted with the quality of the finished wet room and it's already making life much easier and safer.

Jim project managed the conversion of my Dad's bathroom into a wet room with non slip floor, handles and easy access shower which Dad is absolutely delighted with and has made his life so much easier. The attention to detail and workmanship of the EMB team was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
We couldn't have asked for more
In a first floor apartment we were concerned about the neighbours. But a letter was delivered to all, the communal carpetting and stairs were protected and hoovered each afternoon. The end result is what we need particularly for my wife whose balance and mobility are major issues. Family and friends (and Occupational Therapy) think that it is excellent. So, in one week, the team delivered.
Wet Room Conversion
It was not an entirely straightforward process, as damage was found to the walls and under the floor, but Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms worked with us to resolve the issues. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the team who did the work were polite, courteous and went the extra mile. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.
