Call us to explain the situation, ask questions and find out what a free home design visit involves.
If you’re helping a parent, partner, relative or friend, you can make the first call and be involved throughout the planning and installation. Whether you live nearby or further away, we’ll make it easy to stay informed from the first conversation to the finished bathroom.
We regularly work with family members and friends who live in another city or even another country. You tell us who should be involved and who should receive updates, and we’ll keep everyone you ask us to include informed throughout the planning and installation.

When several people are involved, clear communication matters. We manage the design, preparation, installation and handover as one project, keeping everyone you ask us to include informed throughout.

Right from the very start Jim guided us through every step of the process. Dad is delighted with the end result and we are all confident that his bathroom is fit for purpose, now and into the future.
The level of communication and care was excellent and the team showed particular kindness and understanding for the context with my mother and her care assistants in the house. The space is transformed!
Exceptional customer service throughout the process of turning my father's bathroom into an accessible wet room. There was so much consideration to minimise disruption for my dad (who has Alzheimer's) — the guys went above and beyond. We are delighted with the quality of the finished wet room and it's already making life much easier and safer.
Clear answers before anyone comes to your home.

Yes. We’ll explain what could work, answer everyone’s questions and send a clear written quote after the visit. You can take the time you need to discuss it together. There is nothing to sign or decide on the day, and no obligation to accept our quote or go ahead with Able Bathing afterwards.
They are welcome to be involved in the visit and planning. Share any recommendations with us, and we’ll work with everyone involved to shape the bathroom around the person’s needs, the room and how it will be used.
You do not need to choose before the visit. We’ll measure the bathroom, explain the practical differences between a walk-in shower, wet room and walk-in bath, and show you the options that could work in the space.
Tell us who you’re helping and what would make the bathroom easier for them to use. We’ll answer your questions, explain the options and help everyone involved stay informed.
