4. Quotations, Deposits & Bookings
- All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure materials and installation dates.
- Once a deposit has been paid, it becomes non-refundable as materials, schedules, and resources are allocated.
- If no deposit has been paid and the job is not yet booked, there will be no cancellation fee.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable once a project is booked.
- If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, you may be liable for the cost of labour, materials, or services already supplied.
6. Third-Party Supplier Conditions
We work with trusted suppliers to ensure quality materials. However, Able Bathing Limited cannot be held responsible for delays, shortages, or delivery failures caused by external suppliers. We will always keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
7. Payments, Completion & Warranties
- Final payment is due on the day of project completion.
- Your warranty becomes active only once full payment has been received.
- Withholding payment due to minor snagging issues is not permitted if the bathroom is complete, safe, and in use.
- Any minor adjustments identified after completion will be resolved under our warranty at no additional cost.
Failure to make full payment may void your warranty until the balance is settled.
8. Existing Plumbing, Electrical & Building Conditions
While we take every care to assess your existing plumbing, heating, electrical, and structural works before beginning installation, Able Bathing Limited cannot be held liable for any hidden or pre-existing defects that become apparent during or after our work.
If such issues arise, we will:
- Inform you immediately; and
- Quote for any additional materials, labour, or time required.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Hidden leaks, faulty pipework, or defective drainage
- Unsafe or non-compliant electrical systems
- Subfloor damage, damp, or rot
- Insufficient water pressure or heating system issues
- Structural weaknesses or building irregularities
Any necessary remedial work will be charged separately and must be approved before proceeding.
9. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated in writing.

12. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, illness, material shortages, or supplier issues. Work will resume as soon as practicable.
13. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses;
- Damage arising from misuse, neglect, or alteration of our installations;
- Temporary inconvenience during renovation work.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
